Anti-XSS & HTML Elements Plugin

We are looking to work with Keysight Plugins in our Conf instance, we have a couple that have been brought to our attention, the red flag associated with - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/html-macro-38273085.html. Was raised in regards to HTML Elements by your company. I am tasked with evaluation and getting as much information on this as well as your other addons. I can get a lot of the info from the wiki but specific actions taken for system security seems sparse. I know this one is a free addon compared to others any info would be appreciated.
