Centering text in "A Shared Block" macro table

Issue #122 resolved

The Shared Block macros are a significant improvement over what is inherent in Confluence. However, we have noticed that if a table is included in the block markings, text formatting is limited. Most text formatting is available (i.e. bold, italic, & underline). Though, line formats do not work (i.e. left justify, center, right justify, & full). The ribbon's line formatting icons are not greyed out, thus, indicating they are available for use but do nothing. In the attachment, the first and third tables are not inside the macro markings and their text is centered. The second table's text was centered until the macro markings were added and the text could not be centered. Text in the tables are links to other pages. I tested with plain text in a table cell to see if that was the issue and I still could not format the line. I can use line formats inside the macro markings, so long as it is not in tables. In other programs, I have found that keyboard shortcut keys work when mouse clicks do not. Unfortunately, Confluence does not have any keyboard shortcut keys for these functions for me to test.
