Ability to comment the content of a inserted shared block

Currently one can leave an inline comment only on the source page of the shared block.
We use shared blocks alot, and many people tent to leave inline comment on a content which was inserted. Thay don’t know the content source page, so they use the common page comment area on the page in which the block was inserted. That makes it harder to bring context to the remark or question asked.

It would be pretty neat if the inline comment could be written on a inserted content, too.
