Data Center version compatibility broken

I get this message after upgrading to a new confluence data center license: A Data Center approved version of this app is not currently available. Only apps meeting a set of performance requirements for large, clustered environments are approved for Data Center.

    It's been working on our Data Center instance for years. I'm currently working on the Confluence 8 upgrade and DataCenter qualification.
