Header is empty on some Confluence pages

Hello,

we got the issue that on some pages the Header is completely empty for “normal” users. Admins experience this issue too but the header reappears after reloading the page.

This really confuses our users

Using the Shortcut c to create pages still work. Is there any way of solving this problem?

I’m guessing this is for the header menus plugin, is that correct?

If so, could you use Chrome right click to inspect the page, see if there are any reported javascript errors you may find?
