Problem with Help Text From Shared Block

Good afternoon. After confluence update to 7.18.3, macros "Help Text From Shared Block" and all of the same kind stopped working normally. The problem manifests itself in the following: 1. When editing the page on which this macro is used, when it is first opened, it is undefined (scr1) 2. When you try to copy this line – and paste it to any other place, the macro disappears (scr2) 3. If you resave the macro, and then repeat the copying, everything goes well I open the macro (scr3) I click save ((scr 4) The macro icon appears (scr5) I copy and paste the string – it is inserted together with the macro (scr6) Please help with fixing this macro.
