Mathjax pluin is affecting content outside of macro body

Hi Keysight,

I recently installed your plugin and really like it so far, but noticed something strange today. Some text that was not in a Mathjax macro had some crazy formatting applied to it. The content was a SQL query and so had abnormal synaz, but seemed to be interpreted as LaTex markup. Disabling the plugin fixed the issue. I've attached screenshots of the content with normal formatting vs. crazy formatting.

I'd love to use the plugin again if you are able to fix this! We are on Confluence v6.0.4, have v2.1.2 of your plugin, and I'm using Chrome.
