MathJax web-resources enable image preview in Service Desks Portal View

MathJax web-resouces depend on:

<dependency>confluence.editor.actions:editor-macro-browser</dependency>

in turn when viewing wiki content inside the service-desk customer portal, this dependency will make images clickable. A click on an image will open confluences overlay displaying the image, but this overlay does not work properly inside service desks provided iframe.

We fixed this issue by splitting up the resources, according to where they are used.
