mathjax plugin settings reset to default after confluence restart

Since 2.2.0, every time our confluence instance restarts, the settings are set to default, including the CDN url and mathjax block delimiters.

    Hi, thanks for pointing this out and sorry for taking so long to get a fix out. I just release 2.2.1 which fixes it.
