Include Content plugin: Include Shared Block macro is unavailable

I've installed Include Content plugin on Confluence Server 6.4.2 A Shared Block, Help Text from Shared block macro are available, but Include Shared Block, Include Shared Block with Replacement are not.
All plugin modules are enabled in Plugin manager. No other "include-like" plugins are active. Please let me know what the problem could be

This is a bug in the updated v2.5.6. I rolled back to v2.5.5 and the macros are now showing again.
