Shared blocks have lost connection to source, on editing page

When editing a page which contains Help Text from Shared Blocks -macros, they are all grey and without connection to their source.

Editing the macros, editing the Page field and re-selecting the page - makes the connection.

Edit the page again, and the problem reappears.
