Database Connector: 2x thead in output

Hi, at first: thank you for the nice plugin. Now the problem: I have trouble sorting the rows. The reason is that there are 2 thead-sections in the output. The first thead is the column heading: ok. The second thead is the first data row. The tbody-section starting with the second data row.

    Hi, sorry for the delay. I live in Northern California just a few miles north of the recent fires. A number of my co-workers have lost their home, so it's been a busy time.

    I was looking at the issue today, and I can't reproduce the problem you are talking about. I pulled some data from a database and the columns sorting was working just as I expected it to. Can you give me a bit more detail about the problem? What kind of database are you connecting to. What does the data look like? How does the sort fail? What does your sql look like?
