Error instead of inline help

If Live Input plugin is installed in Confluence 6.15.2, then trying to show inline help (Documentation link) for any Include Content macro will produce the dialog box shown in the screenshot that can't be dismissed.

It seems that the code in confluence/include-content/src/main/resources/js/macro-help.js:39 finds the wrong <section>.
