Error converting include macros to include-plus macros

The Include Content macro sometimes showing the issue with pages when an author is trying to delete, move, or trying to create the version of a page.

Instead of deleting, moving or versioning the page shows the following message:-

Error converting include macros to include-plus macros

It appears that some scroll plugin is trying to convert it to Include-plus, and it's not successful to migrate it.
