Updating apcupsd and adding libgd

Hi all,

I'm thinking about upgrading apcupsd and adding libgd to it. With libgd included to build tree i can update apcupsd to newest version, which is currently impossible due to missing libgd library. libgd is used in CGI scripts in apcupsd, to render images on cgi pages.

What do you think about it? Would it be OK to add libgd and update apcupsd in Z version? Will you be so kind to merge it? :)
