/jffs and /opt easy mount

Currently there is no easy way to mount pre-prepared USB partitions as /jffs and/or /opt

I think that Menu: Admin->JFFS should be changed and used also to mount USB partition. There should be selector if user want to use 64MB of flash for jffs, or maybe he wants to use partition on USB drive (than selector which partition).

I would change name of this sub-menu from JFFS to "JFFS and OPT" or something like that. I would put there option to turn on /opt as well and selector to chose location for /opt.

These two small changes would simplify life a lot.
