Port forwarding in LAN

There are no ports forwarding when I try to connect via WiFi. F.e. I have static IP and port forwarding on. Devices from other internet (like mobile or other wired) connect fine via scheme WAN_IP:PORT and forwarded to PC_IP:PORT. But when device is in router's WiFi - cannot connect to WAN_IP:PORT and even ROUTER_IP:PORT. Maybe this helps...
On Advanced - Firewall all values by default. NAT loopback = All NAT target = MASQUERADE (these are default values too).
But POSTROUTING table (iptables -L -n -t nat) are:
Chain POSTROUTING (policy ACCEPT) target prot opt source destination MASQUERADE all -- 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0 SNAT all -- 192.168.1.0/24 192.168.1.0/24 to:192.168.1.1
