NAT loopback

Out of the box the NAT lookback setting is "All" where it should be "Forwarded Only" to ensure router security directly behind a modem.

telnetd is also started when the router comes up, in combination with the above this is a bad combo.

nf_loopback value is 0 where it could possibly be 1 telnetd_eas value is 0 where it could possibly be 0
