DDNS using External IP Address Checker conflicting with some ablocker scripts

I see some conflict with Adblocker (and the default hosts files there) and DDNS.

What is the IP address that freshtomato checks when using “use external ip address checker“?
Could it work if we whitelist it (even better if is it in the code maybe?)?

PS: I have tried finding the code to see which IP is used for it here → https://bitbucket.org/kille72/freshtomato-arm/src/shibby-arm/release/src-rt-6.x.4708/router/rc/ddns.c but I cannot seem to find it. Sorry .
