Configure udpxy upstream interface (-m)

udpxy currently launches with the WAN interface set as upstream via the option -m, i.e. udpxy -S -p 4022 -c 10 -a br0 -m ppp0

As one use case for it is to access IPTV which is often delivered via multicast by the ISP but outside of the PPPoE session, it would be great to be able to override the interface, i.e. set it to vlan24, resulting in:

udpxy -S -p 4023 -c 10 -a br0 -m vlan24

Manually running udpxy on a differnt port works but is not as convenient.
