[UWP][Desktop] Image can't be pan by mouse

kimitake repo owner created an issue

ImagePreview at detail page does not allow to pane by mouse (drag)

    • changed status to open

    If setting "ManipulationMode" for image to support mouse handling, other function does not work e.g. pivot pan or pinch zoom etc, so reverted the code.
