/Caret annotation support

Hi, I need a /Caret annotation and I didn't find it in a package (v2.4). Basically it is only a different /Subtype of \pdfcomment:
/Subtype /Text
-->
/Subtype /Caret
There could be an optional parameter for \pdfcomment like \pdfcomment[subtype=/Caret]{..}
One more thing it would be good to control the size of annotation. Now it's hardcoded to take dimensions from \baselineskip
\pdfannot width \normalbaselineskip height \normalbaselineskip depth 0pt%
And if I make /Caret annotation it is very big. Would be good to control these parameters via optional argument to.
