Issue #3 does not seem to be properly resolved

Hi, this is in regard to an issue i previously raised, #3, which was that \pdfmarkupcomment used within a figure caption did not work properly.

It seems that this issue is not properly resolved in the new version of the package: 2.3.

In the example you provided in #3 I found that it can be broken by: 1) Not having placement option for the figure or not having it begin with [h]. Highlighting will fail under these circumstances. 2) Using the caption package will cause highlighting to fail + cause warnings about an undefined reference. 3) Regardless of other settings: though \cref is now able to get the correct cross reference, \autoref will use the incorrect reference name (in our example, it calls the figure 'section' instead of 'figure' or 'fig').

Version 2.4 still affected.

Also in the caption of algorithm2e environment it changes the reference name from "algorithm" to "Section".
