Problem with "pdfmarkupcomment" inside of "pdfsidelinecomment"

Hi,

when I use "pdfmarkupcomment" inside of "pdfsidelinecomment" line draw changed for yellow arrow.I use Adobe Reader (10.1.4 for Mac OS) for view pdf file.

    Solving this issue would ned large rewriting of the code as all annotation share the same macros. Don't have the time for it now. I'll put it on the To-Do-List. For the moment: don't mix comment, otherwise accept the side effects ;-)
