Predicting a Binary Matrix

Can I use PLS/SPLS to predict a sparse binary matrix? It is a matrix of 0 & 1 representing if a structure is present or absent for each row. Are there any special accommodations I need to make?

Hi Benjamin,

You should be able to predict a binary matrix using PLS/sPLS! No real accomodations I can think of that would be specific to a binary matrix. Have you tried?
