Consensus Plot - DIABLO Manuscript

Hi,

I was looking at your DIABLO manuscript. I am currently using your approach for a project integrating 4 omics datasets. Everything works fine (thank you for that!) but I'd like to generate a consensus plot, like the one you present on the manuscript (FIG 3B, attached):

I've been looking in both the manuscript supplementary files, the R scripts included in the mixOmics package and the manual uploaded to CRAN repository, but I couldn't identify which function to use to reproduce the Consensus plot. Could you provide some help on that?

Please see the code under the section entitled Component plots: https://github.com/singha53/diablo/blob/master/analyses/casestudy1_brca/brca_analysis.Rmd. (the consensus coordinate for each subject is its average score across all datasets for comp1 and comp2).
