Plots

• Could you double check the plotContrib function please? I dont think the color represents the group that has the maximal median expression/count value. See email attached (read from bottom to top + figures).

• plotArrow as a proper function (similar to plotIndiv, with pch) and for GCCA

• plotIndiv with plot.star, centroid = TRUE (if group is provided)

• test Michael's circos network - I will send you that.

• ROC / AUC curves. See Benoit's code in Shiny

Computational improvements

• have a look at dplyr to deal with data frames. Also the new package purr

• paral option?
