plotIndiv with ellipse

If plotting pca results (and probably other) if you put ellipse = TRUE and one of you groups (Y) has only 1 sample the plot fails with error

Error in if (scale[1] > 0) r <- r/scale[1] : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

It would be nice if it would still plot the ellipse for the other groups which have more than 1 sample.
