Mixomics.org website issue: does not open behind university firewall of through VPN

The Mixomics.org website refuses to connect (Google chrome error "mixomics.org refused to connect", I have also tried firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers) whenever I am either working from my university office, or have connected via university VPN. However, on the same days, there is no problem when I connect from home without VPN. This is inconvenient because I mostly work from the university. It is a minor bug, because I could download all of the pages I needed at home and work with offline copies. Also not sure if this is an issue with my university's firewall or is it with what mixomics,org allows to connect (i.e., which end IT should resolve the issue.) (The university is Johns Hopkins University)

Hello, We do not have such issue with our university and it is the first time someone reports this issue. The website is hosted externally our university. Could I suggest you deal with the IT from your institution?
