Allow ungrouped data in rarefyDiversity and estimateAbundance

We should allow for group=NULL (no grouping) in both rarefyDiversity and estimateAbundance.

    Done for estimateAbundance and plotAbundanceCurve in 3adb93e. It doesn't seem meaningful to do it for rarefyDiversity and testDiversity as these are, by definition, comparative.
