Count genes once per clone, or count one gene per clone?
The documentation for countGenes
is ambiguous. It says count genes
once per clone, but describes the use one gene
per clone to do the counting, which is what the code actually does (gene
can be gene, familiy, allele, asis). https://bitbucket.org/kleinstein/alakazam/src/0cd5a7dc0934b180f6e5d480a4878369ec2d4d4d/R/Gene.R#lines-101:114
Check vignette too.
