@Kenneth Hoehn I have changed to lower case the outputs of exported functions. I have not changed readIgphyml and combineIgphyml because I have never used those functions and I am not sure what I am going to break if I change them, and I don’t have any IgPhyml .tab file. Can you please take care of these two, and make sure they work with igPhyml?
