ParseDb-select progress bar terminating early

When I use ChangeO under Windows 10 command line prompt, and try to filter the database generated by it by their functionality, the number of the records and progressing bar doesn't seem works properly, well, at least to me. (See the picture attached). The program seems working fine, though.

Seems like a bug wherein the progress bar is expecting more records than are in the input file.
