DefineClones fails with "error in sibling process"

Thanks for reporting this. It looks like this error is due to a recent update to presto (on Sunday) that changed some of the internals changeo depends on. I didn't get the corresponding changeo release done on the same day because of a couple outstanding issues.

Could you try installing the development version of changeo from bitbucket and see if this solves your problem?

pip3 install hg+https://bitbucket.org/kleinstein/changeo#default --user

The --user argument is optional. If you used it previously, then use it this time, otherwise not.

I'm going to try to get an official release of changeo out either today or tomorrow.
