tbl2asn wrapper fails in some environments

Specifying the --asn argument to ConvertDb-genbank can result in the following error in some environments:

Unable to read any FASTA records

Even though the command is correct, and can be copy-pasted into the terminal where it runs without error. The error can be replicated on farnam and @jqz's Mac, but I can't replicate it on my system.

I spent most of a day on it and I have no idea what the cause is.

I was never able to replicate this and it hasn’t popped up again.
