BuildTrees prints record count after minseq filtering

When running BuildTrees with --minseq, filtering is performed before the total number of records is printed, giving the impression that there are fewer sequences than are actually in the dataset pre-filtering.

    Changed so that RECORDS indicates total number of sequences before filtering, while INITIAL_FILTER indicates records after filtering. Commit: eec9076
