parseAllele wrappers

There is a TODO marked for Gene.parseAllele: “might be cleaner as getAllele(), getGene(), getFamily()”

I agree with me. Same for locus, allele number, and C-region.

    Resolved in b959d99, but parseAllele is also used in light_cluster.py and mixcr2imgt.py in the immcantation repo, so I’m leaving this open until after the next changeo release as a reminder to update those (and maybe rename parseAllele then).
