fetch_imgtdb.sh empty V files

Hello,

For some reason fetch_imgtdb.sh is not working correclty anymore on my side. All the “V” files (IGHV, IGKV, IGHLV, etc.) are empty for both mouse and human, in the vdj and vdj_aa directories. The others “D” and “J” files seems ok. Is this behavior expected?

I used this command: fetch_imgtdb.sh -o ~/share/germlines/imgt
