MakeDb-igblast is slow

The IgBLAST parser takes about an hour to handle 500,000 sequences. That's way too slow for no good reason. It's probably because of pandas.

    Fixed in d7cc4f4. It could still be faster, but the same 500,000 sequences that look an hour before now takes 4 mins. Good enough for now.
