CollapseSeq on MakeDb

It could be great if an option/mode could be added to CollapseSeq to make it work on MakeDb files since re-collapsing is often needed after creating the IMGT gapped sequences or VDJ sequences. Thanks!

I agree.. We plan to add this soon-ish. Lately I've been skipping the pre-IMGT duplicate removal entirely in favor of doing it after IMGT with alakazam::collapseDuplicates(). Which lets me fix sample barcode and UID errors. Example here:
