It's a common step in workflows to rename the PRIMER field. This should be built into MaskPrimers as an option. May also be worth allowing rename of the BARCODE field.

Done in 6f327e0, but MaskPrimers needs a lot of testing before closing this.

Testing done. No difference in the output of MaskPrimers-align and MaskPrimers-score between tip and v0.5.6.
