Add more details to UnifyHeaders log

We could use a way to count how many reassignments or deletions occurred from the log files. Something like adding the majority frequency to each log record, number of samples in each UMI group, etc.

Added the follow to the consensus mode log in 0ed0d5f:

• VALUES - unique set of sample id.
• COUNTS - count of sample ids in each set.
• CONSFREQ = consensus sample id fequency

Added the following to delete mode:

• VALUES - unique set of sample id.
