Can we do LaTex math in MkDocs on RTD?

The vignette uses a lot of LaTeX math, which currently isn't being rendered in the docs. Need to figure out of this is possible with MkDocs.

Fixed in ef6afa4. We may have to add pymdown-extensions to the requirements on RTD when setting up the site.
