function to find clonotypes based on clonotypes

Hello,

apologies, I guess this functionality is already present, but I could not find it. I am interested in a function that, given a tibble from the presto pipeline with clonotypes (clone_id), is able to search other tibbles from the presto pipeline without clone_id and assign the same clone_ids to the appropriate rows based on different models, thresholds etc… Rows without a match could get a distance score or NA. E.g. I classify an early or naive immune repertoire based on a late immune repertoire.
