CDR3 region definition

Hello,

why is there no CDR3 RegionDefinition object? How would I call calcObservedMutation if I would like to analyze the CDR3 region?

Hello,

The CDR3 region is variable for each sequence in the repertoire, because it depends on the length of the D region, and it has to be created for each sequence. @milca tarshish , from @gur yaari ‘s Lab, has been working adding new capabilities to shazam, to be able to extend our region definitions to describe the full sequence. We are currently working on refactoring and documenting the changes. We hope we can have this ready for the next release. In the meantime, check the branch `extendedRegions`.
