Namita Gupta created an issue 2016-01-25

The main issue seems to be in the background count loop (which has a commented out progress bar that moves incredibly slowly). This is the loop in TargetingModels.R, function createMutabilityMatrix commented # Background Count: Count the number of occurrences of each 5-mer.
