groupColors argument to plotBaselineSummary doesn't order values

Jason Vander Heiden created an issue

The help for plotBaselineSummary() says the groupColors orders group values in the plot, but it doesn't. Probably also true for colorValues in plotBaselineDensity(). Both just need an appropriate factor cast.
