Modify reassignAlleles to output a db

Jason Vander Heiden created an issue

Change the behavior of reassignAlleles to output a copy of the db with the V_CALL_GENOTYPE column appended (consistent with shazam behavior), or output an unnamed vector with length equal to the number of rows in the input db. Either way, but preferably the former.

Also, modify vignette and examples accordingly.
