inferGenotypeBayesian example in the Vignette generates incorrect output

Issue #38 new
William Lees created an issue

With inferGenotype, the alleles listed in column 2 of the output are genotyped. This is not the case for inferGenotypeBayesian: it lists all alleles for which at least one sequence was found. In order to obtain the genotype, the k values need to be considered. However both genotypeFasta and plotGenotype are blind to this: they assume that column2 contains genotyped alleles. As a result, they both create incorrect results when run with inferGenotypeBayesian.
