Add cursor management

It would be nice to have a cursor management which we could use to load custom graphic cursor, with events defined to change cursor size, shape, graphic, etc.

Depending on the scope of it, I'd consider a pull request to build up the functionality of ui/cursor.lua. Right now it's just a Group that automatically follows the mouse position, so you can stuff whatever you want in there -- graphics, etc. I don't want to get too narrow in its implementation, because people may want to have multiple sprites compose a single cursor -- for example, if you wanted the cursor to have a trail of particles coming off of it.
